I barely worked out—and when I did, it was inconsistent. I had an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, and I wasn’t honoring my body.

7 years ago i decided to change my life

I was not born “skinny” or “toned”
I was stuck in the cycle.
I’d restrict, do a ton of cardio, try to “get back on track”…
and then gain it all back. Over and over again.
Sound familiar?

I was not born “skinny” or “toned”

I was approaching my late 30s and knew something had to change. I didn’t feel strong. I didn’t feel confident. And I knew I deserved more.  And I realized… if I kept going the way I was, nothing was going to change.
So I made a decision. Not to start another quick fix—but to commit to a real lifestyle change. I wanted to feel strong. Confident. In control of my body. And for the first time, I was ready to do it the right way..

In 2020, I stopped trying to figure it out on my own—and hired a coach. That changed everything. I started strength training with structure, following a plan that was built for me, and focusing on consistency instead of extremes. No more guessing. No more starting over. Just progressive training, accountability, and habits that actually stuck. And for the first time… I saw real, lasting results.
